Eligibility for Refunds
Refunds are available for the following circumstances:
- Cancellation of a course within 7 days of enrollment, provided the course has not been accessed or started.
- Technical issues that prevent you from accessing the course content, with no resolution provided by our support team within 5 business days.
- Incorrect billing or payment errors made by LINGUALEADER.
Non-Refundable Circumstances
Refunds will not be issued for the following:
- Any course that has been accessed, in whole or in part, beyond the introductory modules.
- Refund requests made after 30 days of course enrollment.
- Promotional or discounted courses, unless otherwise stated in the promotional terms.
